Trust badges

Trust badges is a strip of short reassurances — an icon plus a label — spread evenly across the drawer. A new cart has one already on, with two badges: a globe reading "Worldwide shipping" and a shield reading "100% secure".

You can have up to five badges. Fewer is usually better: five labels on a 420px drawer leave very little room for each.

Editing badges

1. Expand Trust badges in the module list.
2. For each row — Badge 1, Badge 2 and so on — pick an Icon and type a Label.
3. Click Add badge for another, or the delete button on a row to remove it.

Add badge disappears once you have five.

The 15 icons

The uses in the right column are suggestions, not fixed text — every label is yours to write. The icons all come from one drawn family, so they sit together evenly whichever combination you pick.

Placement

Trust badges start in the Top bar region, above the product list. Drag the row to move it — a common alternative is the Footer, just above or below the payment logos, where the reassurance sits next to the checkout decision.

The strip is pure display and does not depend on the cart, so it renders even when the cart is empty.

Writing labels

• Keep each label to two or three words. Long labels wrap and make the strip uneven.
• Say something specific. "Free returns for 30 days" earns more trust than "Great service".
• Do not claim what you cannot deliver. A "Ships in 24 hours" badge on an order that ships in a week costs you more than it earns.

Labels are set in small capitals by the drawer's styling, so type them normally — you do not need to shout in the field.

Translation

Each badge row carries a translate button beside its number when your store publishes more than one language, so labels can differ per locale. See Translating your drawer.
